Oh dr Saul I am so depressed.. please advise we what to take.,I have been on seroxat for 20 years and stopped taking it 6 months ago when I began seeing an emotional healer . I started taking 150g of non flush niacin about a week ago , 3 times a day and 5HTP but am now taking 500mg of flushing niacin plus 1gram of vitamin c plus 500gvof tryptophan 4 times a day.. been taking this for 2 days.. still feel very down and extremely anxious especially when I first wake fie the day about 5/5.30 in the morning.
I just would so appreciate some support on what to take and when.. Please help me

Hello… I have been fascinated in the many video docu-series that have been on for the past 3 years… starting with the “Truth about Cancer”.. then,, “Truth About Vaccines”, “iThrive”, “Broken Brain”, ” Auto immune Disease”… etc and now The Truth about Pet Cancer & The Vitamin Movie…I am so thrilled that the information is getting out there… NOW… my question for you is… where is the best place (or a place) to buy Vit. C. in bulk… I understand the concept of mega doses and until bowel tolerance and that each individual is different as to amounts… etc.. but when taking this much each and every day… thee must be a place to buy VIT C. in bulk… or you would be running out continually… I myself have been taking a product called… “Medi-C & Lysine.. (Dr. Gifford-Jones ) who had heard about this many years ago from Linus Pauling….

Hi, love some of the docu-series you’ve mentioned as well. As far as Vitamin C, order it by the pound or a couple pounds on Amazon. A 1/4 tsp is typically about 1000mg of this, so you only need several of these scoops a day to get say 5000-10000mg in your system. Anymore than that, and you probably are very sick and should consult a functional medicine doctor. But for general maintenance, 5-10g a day is fine and Amazon has a ton of good powders on there. This is really very good. let me add, there’s another reason why doctors don’t prescribe vitamins often. Doctors operate on the medical necessity, diagnosis and treatment principles. How do you define medical necessity? It varies with the situation. Vitamin D is medically necessary when there is a significant risk of harm due to a testable low level. But ultimately it’s still a different principle, namely, prevention. Since most vitamins have been defined by their deficiency diseases, it’s hard to make a case for medical necessity unless the person has the particular disease. With Vitamin C… is it enough to say that after age 45 I started to heal more slowly until I took large doses of Vitamin E and C? Is that necessity? Did I have a deficiency? The entire definition needs to be overhauled. Or the category of vitamins needs to be treated differently from the diagnosis – treatment model. We may need a model where, when a person undergoes surgery, they are automatically placed on before and after vitamins to ensure fewer bad outcomes. Or when a person in a nursing home is struggling but not quite ready for the ER, they should be given an IV of vitamins to avert the emergency, hopefully. The stink bomb placed on all vitamins is now working against all human beings. Pharmacos thought they were so clever, but now Insurers won’t pay for their super expensive drugs anyway and it would’ve been smarter for them to embrace supplements and focus on cornering that market. People would be more healthy and productive. And they’d get a share of the profits that didn’t make them feel ashamed of their callous greed. Now we’ll need to undo the pharmaco damage to the image of vitamins with new studies since the old ones have so much miasma around them. Or we need to regulate science so that pharmacos don’t get a say about which studies are done, or which studies are replicated, or which gain wide acceptance. Research belongs in the realm of academia, not corporations. But what laws would we need to make that happen? Once it does, let’s pretend it did… then we can set some guidelines that actually work for vitamin therapy. Then the “clinical practice guidelines” would include things like “Fatigued as a general complaint? Let’s give you a vitamin boost and see if you pull through it.” followed by “OK, you’ve been here for fatigue every month for three months. And you always recover temporarily. Let’s check your diet and how much water you drink. Meanwhile let’s do a screening for illnesses known to cause low vitamins (like celiac).” Why wait until the fatigue becomes disability? it’s too laissez faire.

I was a Fibromyalgia (Cfs, insomnia and many other horrendous symptoms that left me so.sick and depressed and 6 months away from being in a.wheelchair for.thr rest of.my life, oh and my 7 year of daughter being my carer helping me bath wash hair and dress,) sufferer for 27 years, however Since 2015/6 I changed my eating habits and (was taking vitamins from many different companies and did not realise that none had actually been sourced correctly and did not work in synergy with the body). Although I had improved I was in no way in a state of either mind nor physically able to run around.
A girlfriend of mine called me and told me she had come across Real vitamins mineral etc..I have since September 2016 not only kept my eating habits (I never ate processed or crap or.fast foods) what I was eating was Homemade bread oats wholewheat flour cooking and.baking all.my own foods…) then found out what gluten does to the body and potatoes and aubergines and peppers (I was no this time. Bone on bone no.cartilage in my knees elbows hips ) I regrew my own.cartilage I have more energy now than ever ever before I no longer have symptoms of Fibromyalgia cfs insomnia depression.
I am happy taking around 4,000 mgs of vitamin C a day…and am happy to boost my amount when near people who have coughs colds etc…However I have been told that (by a chiropractor that my joints (I have trigger finger) my body is holding the vitamin c so I should take around 500gms…
Anyway I am absolutely convinced that trigger finger in 4 fingers is not due to 4,000 mgs of.VIT C..
Feel brilliant I have been putting real nutrients into my body for 3 years and run around either my grandchildren never able to.do this with my daughter. ..

How to take large doses of vitamin C namely 20,000 mg or more without taking it intravenously? To mix in a glass of water, so strong to take, and many glasses of water needed throughout the day. At times mouth and gums are sore.

Try a buffered Vitamin C. Ester C, it’s easier on the stomach, or even a liposomal C if you can afford it.

How much water should i be drinking to avoid sore mouth,toungue etc for 10 to 15 grams vit c per day

A lot. Honestly if you’re taking that much I would switch over to a buffered Vitamin C so it’s easier to take. Ester C is great.

Can vit C stop cancer?

I cannot say so. And it is illegal to make any such claims. However check out the work of Linus Pauling. It is very interesting. He has some impressive studies with regard to cancer and other diseases.

i under go chemoradiottherapy last 2018 for squamous cell carcinoma of the esophjagus on the distal part. i completed the session of the treatment. i was told that 70% of tumor in my esophagus is successful and gone.. in 2019 of december i suffer from difficulty of swallowing solid foods . doctors says there is a proximal obstruction on my esophagus they perform ctscan and found nodules in my lungs.. my lympnoid in my neck become bulging and enlarging.. i went to alternative medicine . they use vitamin C and vitamin B-17 nfusion every 3 day with 20 grm vit C and 5 VIALS VIT B-17(10cc-1000mg vial)..
